What I've watched happen
Most of us are sleepwalking. Not failing — sleepwalking. Convinced we're focused on what matters, while something much larger goes on just out of view.
This work is about coming back into your life, fully awake. I've watched it happen in room after room, for years: a heart breaks open rather than breaking apart. The thing carried alone for a lifetime gets said out loud, and the room holds it. People look at the hardest things — grief, endings, death itself — and find not dread but something steadier.
Underneath all of it: purpose, presence, peace, and humor. And a joy that doesn't depend on your circumstances being good. I call it resilient joy — joy with weather in it. The storm is real, and the joy is out in it anyway.

We value what we value. We put money toward education, toward our children's sport, toward travel, toward the things we have decided matter. This is the thing underneath all of those — the one that shapes how you meet every other part of your life.
So the number isn't a fee for services rendered. It's the weight of your yes. When I have stretched for something, there has been more of me in it — a decision that costs you something gets your attention in a way an easy one doesn't. And I mean that at whatever level is actually yours: if your stretch is $497 and someone else's is $1,597, those are the same act.
