The Journey of Embodied Wisdom
A living path of presence, transformation, and becoming

There are seasons when something quiet but unmistakable begins to stir.
This work is here for those moments.

Inner Alchemy of Wisdom unfolds through presence, reflection, and shared inquiry rather than instruction alone. Together we listen, notice, and make space for what wants to emerge, without pressure or expectation.

For decades I have watched people say aloud things they have carried alone for a lifetime — some for the first time to anyone — and be held. People look at the hardest things — grief, endings, even death itself — and find not dread but something steadier. Not because insight is handed out. Because in a space both safe and expansive at the same time, we come to know ourselves by being seen.

The real work unfolds in the particulars of your own life: how you meet what's breaking, how you love, how you learn to hold your story lightly enough to wonder about it.

Come as close as you long to. All of it is honored.

Core Circle
The heart of it. Intimate, weekly, all season, walking it together.

Twelve Thursday mornings inside Remembering — the mystics and the poets, and your own life beneath the one you've been living. Weekly, you stop being a visitor. The circle comes to know you, and things get said out loud that have waited years.

September 17 through December 10. 11–12:30 PM MT.

Online and in Estes Park, Colorado.

Companion Circle
Yearning for this, at a rhythm your life can carry.

Six Tuesday evenings inside the same season — the teaching, the recordings, something to carry with you. Twice a month leaves room between, and the room between is where it gets lived. You come back to the circle having tried it, not just heard it.

September 15 - December 1, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays 6-7:30pm MT

Online and in Estes Park, Colorado

Immersion
When the heart wants all in. Joining Core and Companion Circles.

Some seasons you simply want to be in it all the way. Not because something is wrong — because something is alive, and you want to live close to it. Both circles, so the season runs through your week rather than visiting it once.

Thursday mornings and Tuesday evenings.

Listening for yours

The difference isn't depth of welcome. It's the rhythm your life can hold right now. Neither direction is up or down.

Bring your awareness to your heart. What is this season of your life asking for — and what in you is longing to come home?

And if it doesn't come clear, that isn't a failure of discernment. It's a sign it wants company. Come talk with me, or with someone who's walked a season of this. Not a conversation about signing up — a listening one.

If this season isn't the one, a taste of this is always freely here — Second Sundays each month, the podcast, the writing.

No one is turned away over money. If cost is a barrier, continue to the next page and click 'Name what works for you' to find options available to you.

The deeper steadiness — the resilient joy — comes from walking it with others, season after season. This is a life practice, not a one-and-done.
The path is a spiral. It builds.
